Data Confirmation

Hello North Families!

We hope you are doing well and staying safe during this time. While we are still in the planning stages for the 2021-22 school year, there are a few forms that parents need to complete for the beginning of this school year.  Every year an updated emergency card is needed along with other forms. This process is called Data Confirmation and must be completed each year. A parent  can upload all needed documents which eliminates the need to bring anything to the school site with exception of your signed emergency card during registration.

All parents should have their parent portal set up in Aeries using their email account established previously. You can complete data confirmation by following the listed directions below.

Returning Students and incoming registered 9th grade students; Data confirmation process

1. Log onto our district website:
2. Click on Parents tab
3. Click on Aeries Web Parent Portal
4. Click box to log into RUSD Parent-Student Portal 
5. Log in with your e-mail to 
Aeries Portal  and complete the data confirmation by selecting  "Click here"  

*** If you have an Aeries Parent Portal account, but forgot your password, click Forgot Password ***

 6. Follow directions on left hand column
7. Last step: Printout Emergency Card and sign (both student and parent/guardian).
8. Return Emergency card signed document during Registration scheduled as follows or upon the start of school (if necessary):

August 3, 2021:
12th grade 8-10am 
11th grade 10:30-12:30pm
10th grade 2-4pm.

August 4, 2021
9th grade 8-10am
All make-ups 10-Noon
