Data Confirmation

Each school year an updated emergency card is needed along with other forms. This process is called Data Confirmation and is completed in the parent portal. For the 2022-23 school year the window to complete data confirmation begins on July 11, 2022. A parent  can upload all needed documents which eliminates the need to bring anything to the school site with exception of your signed emergency card which we ask be provided during registration.

All parents should have their parent portal set up in Aeries using their email account established previously. You can complete data confirmation by following the listed directions below.

Returning Students and incoming enrolled 9th grade students;

Log in with your e-mail to Aeries Portal  and complete the data confirmation. *** If you have an Aeries Parent Portal account, but forgot your password, click Forgot Password ***

Follow directions on left hand column
* Last step: Printout Emergency Card and sign (both student and parent/guardian).
* Return signed Emergency card document during Registration scheduled as follows or upon the start of school (if necessary):

August 2, 2022:
12th grade 8-10am 
11th grade 10:30-12:30pm
10th grade 2-4pm.

August 3, 2022
9th grade 8-10am
All make-ups 10-Noon
