Enrollment packet for student's currently or previously enrolled in Riverside USD and have
moved into JW North attendance boundaries or on approved District transfer:

(appointments are required during summer, due to limited hours).
Be sure to have the following items with you to complete the process:
Original birth certificate
Two proof of residency verifications
Transcripts (incoming 10-12 grades)
Immunization records
Government issued Identification
Office Hours beginning August 3rd are 7:30am - 4:00pm
Our office will be closed on Thursday, August 6th for a staff meeting.
